Rob Jordahl
Rob has been building homes throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area for over a decade, keeping his focus on high quality homes and reasonable prices. Jordahl Custom Homes won the Horizon Award in 2002, 2003, 2006, 2008 and 2010 because of his dedication to excellence.
Rob believes that Jordahl Custom Homes’ success is not possible without first helping others in our community. For this reason, Rob, along with his entire family, are proud supporters of numerous community outreach programs including those by the FM Humane Society, Lake Agassiz Habitat for Humanity, Riding on Angels Wings, Safe Paws, Ronald McDonald House, Special Olympics, DARE, North Dakota Autism Center, Cully’s Kids, and the Cass-Clay YWCA.
SUZIE ROHDE (EXECUTIVE VICE PRESident)
Suzie began with Jordahl Custom Homes as the office manager in 2009. She quickly learned the every day operations and has now turned her focus towards project estimating and accounting. While she will no longer be the first face you see when entering our offices, be assured she is hard at work in the accounting department. In the fall of 2012 Suzie also became the Executive Vice President of Jordahl Custom Homes and helps manage the overall operations of the company.
Mike Nelson
Mike is an integral part of Jordahl Custom Homes as our lead project manager. He continously monitors job-sites, ensuring our homes are built to city codes and buyers’ standards. Just a few of Mike’s tasks include monitoring our sub-contractors and their workmanship as well as keeping our homes on task for closing dates. Be sure to say hello when you see him keeping a watchful eye over the construction of your new home!
Mike Workman
Mike is a valuable asset to our team. His knowledge of the construction process extends to all aspects of building a new home, Mike is charged with on-site management, storm water management, and warranty management, and warranty repair work. He excels at trouble-shooting and problem-solving which makes him a very valued member of our team.
Justin Scallon
Justin manages many aspects of Jordahl Custom Homes’ job sites and closed homes. Not only does he ensure our homes pass all city inspections, but he continues to hold our homes to the highest standards once the new homeowner has closed. Justin takes great care in assisting homeowners with any problems or concerns that may arise in the duration of the warranty period.
Kevin Berns
Kevin works hard monitoring job-sites, ensuring each home is built to each buyers’ standards and each city code is implemented. Working closely with the sub-contractors, he monitors the workmanship and quality seen throughout the construction process. We strive to reach the highest standard, a trademark of Jordahl homes, and Kevin helps us attain our goals.
Caleb Nolte
Caleb helps monitor our subcontractors and the work they are completing on our jobs sites ensuring that their workmanship meets our building standards. He helps us meet our scheduled closing dates and deadlines by helping keep each houses schedule on track and lends a hand around the job sites when needed.
Jason foster
Jason is another one of our valuable project managers. He helps monitor job-sites making sure they stay on track for scheduled closing dates and that the quality of workmanship meets our standards and the homeowners. We strive to reach the highest standard and Jason helps us attain our goals.

Jason along with the other project managers helps keep the job sites on schedule and monitors the subcontractors workmanship. He helps ensure that each home is built to our high standards as well as the homeowners standards.
Cassie Louwagie (project coordinator/scheduler)
Each home has a strict schedule and deadline to follow, and Cassie is the one who manages the progress of each home. She keeps the schedule organized and with Jordahl building multiple homes at one time, Cassie’s job definitely keeps her busy. Cassie coordinates with our many subcontractors and monitors the development so she can adjust the schedule accordingly. It’s Cassie’s hard work and organizational skills that help the projects flow smoothly and close on time.
Nicole Rygh (Sales)
Nicole is one of our main sales representatives. She works mainly with customers guiding them through the building process, assisting them in plan modifications, and helping to build their dream home within their financial guidelines. She also assists Realtors with outside sales and creates a positive and exciting experience for our new homeowners.
Jessica Metcalf (Sales)
Jessica’s main role is working with customers, guiding them through the build process as they design a customized home to fit their dreams and style. Each step of the way, Jessica is there to help with any questions or concerns homeowners may have. Her tasks also consist of in-house support as she helps with various aspects of the design and build of our truly unique homes.
Amanda Voss (Sales)
Amanda joined the Jordahl sales team after years of working in retail/sales. With her experience and passion for customer satisfaction she assists the sales team with guiding customers through the build process helping create an exciting and positive experience for homeowners.
BREANNE BALSTAD (SALES)
Breanne works with the sales team to help exceed customer expectations from first visit through closing and beyond. Not only does Breanne guide customers through this experience she also helps our in-house advertising and marketing department.
Brittney Nelson (Marketing/Sales Assistant & Mr. jordahl’s assistant)
Brittney joined Team Jordahl in the fall of 2010 and has been busy ever since. Recently taking on a new position she is now assisting the sales team, playing a large part in our advertising department, and became a member of our in-house marketing department. She also works hard to keep all the information on our website up to date for our future and current customers.
JENNA LENERTZ (MARKETING/SALES ASSISTANT)
Jenna assists the sales team with preparing for their clients meetings and updates information for future and current home buyers. She runs our social media sites and is apart of our in-house marketing and advertising team. Jenna updates our online portal for homeowners that allows them to view their homes building progress.
Katie Kern (Designer)
Katie has numerous years of experience working on custom homes in a variety of price ranges. Her experience covers all aspects of the building process, from structural design to furniture placement. Katie brings talent and creativity to Jordahl Custom Homes with her broad range of knowledge and a great sense of style. She works with clients on a daily basis, helping them customize the look of their home while keeping them within budget
ANNE ADRIAN (ASSISTANT INTERIOR DESIGNER)
Anne joined the Jordahl team in the Spring of 2012 as an assistant interior designer. She works alongside Katie, assisting clients with the design choices made for their home. This spans from exterior selections to flooring to cabinet design and all of the areas in between. Utilizing her skills in multiple ways, she assists other departments in the Jordahl office when called upon.
Brandi youngmark
Brandi has extensive experience with interior design and home restoration. She develops technical drawings for products and design elements. She is dedicated to fully understanding each client’s personal style and needs in her quest to turn their dream home into a reality.
Joshua Strand (Draftsman)
As a graduate of Minnesota State Community and Technical College in architectural technology, Josh has extensive experience with ADT and 3D modeling. Previous experiences in residential building provide Josh a unique and valuable outlook on the drafting and building process.
JILL KOSTOLANYI (DRAFTSWOMAN)
Jill helps to draft the interior and exteriors of the clients home. She creates visual guides and renderings of the customers homes so they can get a realistic vision of what the finished product will look like.
Bob Fleming (Controller)
Bob plays a key roll in the financial operations of Jordahl Custom Homes. He coordinates accounts receivable and accounts payable, monitoring prices and financial records. He also assists with human resources and other accounting needs at Jordahl Custom Homes

Rachael Hagen (Service Manager)
Rachael is a homeowner’s main contact after the closing of their new home. Rachael supports Justin Scallon with warranty and maintenance work, acting as a liason between customers and subs-contractors. If you have any questions or concerns after closing, do not hesitate to call our office and ask for Rachael…she would be glad to help you.
Ashley Fettig (Office Manager)
Ashley is the first face you will see welcoming you into our office. Ashley works at the front of the office and helps keep our office running smoothly. She assists many departments while greeting guests and answering the phones.
