Interacting with your home before even stepping inside the door! – October 19th

Hello again from your friendly builder, the Jordahl team!  We are proud to announce a new, exciting way to interact with your home before even stepping inside the front door.  Builder Trend allows you to track the progression of your home during the build process.  Items such as change orders, selections, construction documents, and cost / price updates can be viewed as changes are made to your home.  Each homeowner receives a username and password allowing them to view items they select or changes they wish to make.  This exclusive program keeps you more engaged, more involved, and more in tuned with the progress of your home.  For example, as you meet with the design team and make interior and exterior selections for your home those selections will be entered into Builder Trend so you can view them at anytime.  It is a great organizational tool for both the builder and the homeowner.  We like what the program offers our clients and are excited to see where it will lead us as we continue exploring new ways to keep homeowners connected with their home from day one.  For more information click on the client login tab in the upper right-hand corner of our website (www.jordahlcustomhomes.com) to view a demo of what the program can do.  As always, thank you for visiting the Jordahl website and blog.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.  We are happy to help you!
